Permawilt
This is a very silly game made for Metroidvania Month 23.
It is optimized for web, but if the loading screen takes too long or the game's too laggy or anything, try the downloadable builds.
Note on the controls: Mouse is needed to play, so WASD(default) is advised, if you want to tweak anything, check the settings(Enter or LMB to confirm in the menu)

very cool. i was worried going in that the farming element would just be tedious but it wasn't, i quite liked how it was implemented (even though it more or less just amounted to "bring enemy drops back to safe spot")

I just played your game and woah that's really an interesting concept !
The art is pretty basic but with the juicness, VFX, Camera shakes, etc, the feeling is really great and so we don't pay attention to the basic art
The level design is fair enough and serve the purpose of the gameplay
The golden point is the concept of the game with weapon used from seed, there is enough teleporting point to not force a hard useless back-tracking
No bug, seems pretty polished
Anyway, really well executed, Bravo !
Really solid! It feels great to not be confused in a Metroidvania.
I liked the mechanics of planting your weapons, they were all pretty fun (if not a bit OP at times) and most enemies were pretty balanced (excluding the eye thing).
I also liked the bouncing and mixing of the projectiles, though the Sun boss literally killed himself because of it being a bit too reflective.
Overall, pretty fun!
